Vivimos en Múnich cerca de un hermoso lago, igualmente también tenemos cerca de una estación de s-Bahn (tren) que nos lleva en 15 minutos al centro de la ciudad y en el barrio tenemos supermercados, restaurantes, panaderías y heladerías. El lugar es cerca para conciertos y exhibiciones en Messe Munich, igualmente para escapar a los Alpes.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The apartments are modernly furnished with designer furniture and fully equipped with bed 2x1.30 m as well as high-quality fitted wardrobes and kitchenettes with fridge, microwave and glass-ceramic stovetop and flat screen as well as protected logggias/ balconies. Fast Wi-Fi is already included in the rental price. You immediately feel at home in our modern apartments.

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.

Beautyful holiday flat in Ebersberg near Munich

Studio/Apartment approx. 45 square metres with separate entrance in the first floor of a modern private house. For our American friends (due a specific feedback): first floor is not ground floor. Situated absolutely calm and quiet in a dead end street.

Cosy in French Quarter, central

Nice, central and good equiped appartment in the heard of Haidhausen. Its close to Messe, Oktoberfest, the Isar, Downtown, Hofbräukeller and Biergarden, English garden. Miele washmashine and dryer are in the appartment as well as a dishwasher.
