Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Shops, restaurants and cafes are very convenient and within walking distance and many beautiful green areas invite you to take a walk. Ideal for trade fair visitors - only 5 stops directly to "Messestadt Ost" with the U2 line, Josephsburg U-Bahn [subway] station. Towels and linens are included. If desired, small breakfast for an extra charge of €5.

Fully furnished apartment with underfloor heating & walk-in shower in a quiet location with its own front door. My place is great for business travelers and project managers with a longer stay in Munich.

We warmly welcome you to our newly renovated 2-room apartment (August 2025) with balcony, modern kitchen, underfloor heating and private washer-dryer. Ideal for trade fair guests and Oktoberfest visitors: quiet location, only 5 min. to the S-Bahn with direct connection to the trade fair (10 min.) and to the city center/Oktoberfest (30 min.).

Our semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area. The guest room is on the first floor and has a small balcony. Guests receive the WLAN code. Unfortunately, we cannot offer breakfast, but guests will be shown how to use the coffee machine. A bakery is nearby and is also open on sunday.
