Logement de 2 pièces , l'une lavabo et 2 lits très confortables que l'on rapproche pour couple , l'autre salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine avec 2 couchages dont lit gigogne qui fait canapé très confortable. Une douche séparée , un wc séparé.

Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private dock, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a bed of 160, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, umbrella bed. Great for a chic countryside stay, rest, calm and zen!

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
