This cosy annex is situated to the rear of our family home, it has an open plan living area with a double sofa bed, kitchen & dining area. The property comes fully equipped for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The double bedroom has a double bed & wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with over shower, toilet & washbasin. Outside there is free off road parking for one car, a private garden with patio area with table & chairs.

If you want a view, then you've got one here! Our simple but cosy garden room is set up for 2 people. Its a small studio with double bed, kitchenette and ensuite. Its private, set within our garden overlooking Carn Brea Castle and The Great Flat Lode with views towards St Ives Bay, the North Cliffs and to the right is St Agnes Beacon. We are positioned centrally between the North and South coasts of Cornwall approx 1 hr from Lands End. The perfect place to base yourself from & explore Cornwall

Cosy 2 bedroom guest house in Cornwall

Our guest house on the back of our property has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds as well as a sofa bed downstairs sleeping 5 guests in total. There is also a travel cot, baby bath and high chair. Each bedroom and the lounge have smart TV's and WIFI connected. Corner shops, the local town and supermarket are within a short walk and the nearest beach (Portreath) around a 2 mile drive. We are centrally located to most tourist areas. Parking in the lane.

Cosy Cornish Woodland Retreat

Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.
