Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Forget about all the everyday worries in this peaceful space! Fairytale house in an incredibly beautiful location. Suitable for a large family or larger group. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a cozy conservatory. The house is located on a large beach plot (just over 4500 sqm) with direct access to a quiet, wide sandy beach. Nice wooden deck with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The garden offers nice nature, well-maintained vegetation and birds chirping for nature lovers. Here you can experience magical sunsets.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

This newly renovated (July 2025) house from 1940 is located in the countryside, with proximity to a small community with grocery stores, pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. Fantastic nature with sugar beets, wheat, barley, rapeseed and other crops around the corner. Lush, secluded garden for barbecuing and relaxing. Two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom and large living room downstairs.
