Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by grain fields. We are outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo as well as the whole of Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms downstairs of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparum" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor is renovated and is heated. On the other hand, daylight is missing.

An outdoor dining area is sheltered by a wooden pergola, with sunlight filtering through the overhead beams. A long table is surrounded by multiple chairs, and lush green vines hang gracefully from the structure, enhancing the relaxed atmosphere of the space.

Here you live along a quiet little gravel road, amidst rolling cornfields and with sparrows singing loudly over the sky. We are located in idyllic Söderslätt, just a stone's throw from the sea. Nearby, miles of white sandy beaches, cozy fishing villages and some of Skåne's most famous golf courses await. A perfect place for those seeking tranquility, rural charm and proximity to nature and coastal life. Note: Pet-free

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

In the old school in Nils Holgerssons village, active 1917-1971 now the school museum, is this beautiful and newly built apartment that was once the teacher's residence. Several original details remain. With high ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, a stunning light entry and a fairytale view with a small stream with waterfalls right next door, this home makes for something very special. Wall to wall with the apartment is a gym with utensils from the past and ping pong table which is perfect for all the lessons.

A spacious bedroom features a comfortable bed with a textured bedspread and plush pillows. Nightstands with stylish lamps flank the bed. A painting is hung above the headboard, and natural light filters through a window covered with soft curtains, enhancing the room’s tranquil ambiance.

Trains to Malmö only take 7 minutes.

Nice and bright loft apartment with nice light from skylights with room for four guests. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with sofa bed. Walking distance to the sea and swimming (150 meters) Good bus connections with close to bus stop. Walking and cycling distance to nearby restaurants. Close to other services.
