Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Fresh house with fenced garden and large patio located in beautiful forest environment. Recently renovated with new kitchen and bathroom and newly painted finishes. Two separate bedrooms with a 180 cm bed in each room. Newly built bathroom with shower and WC. Open-plan with kitchen and living room leading on to patio and garden. WiFi is included as well as 65" smarttv that can be used for your own streaming account. Gas grill and 2 bicycles are available.

Relaxing Guest House

Visit southern Sweden as you stay in our relaxing guest house with a sleeping area, small kitchen, bathroom (finished July 2024), living room area, office space and wood deck with a garden view. There is also a Netflix TV, in the apartment. You are welcome to use the laundry room located in the main house where we live. The property is fenced so pets are welcome to stay in the garden. You can also enjoy our fully equipped garage gym to not lose you gains during your vacation 😀

På mysiga och naturnära Kulladal ligger detta annex på ca 50m2 som innehar 1rum och kök, huset är beläget i ett lugnt och skönt läge. I badrummet finns tvättmaskin samt dusch. I den möblerade lägenheten finnes 2st enkelsängar, soffa samt garderob, tv med stort kanalutbud, trådlöst wi-fi. Lägenheten är pittoreskt och charmigt inredd för att uppnå en mysig hemkänsla. Huset ligger på gångavstånd till Malmö city och Emporia 5minuters promenad till Mobilias köpcentrum och Swedbank stadion.

The house is located in the village of Svarte which has a popular sandy beach. Svarte is easily reached by train or car from Malmö, Copenhagen, CPH Airport etc. The house offers all modern amenities, in a chilled out environment with great activities at your door step. The surroundings offer rolling fields, beach meadows, beautiful sandy beaches, castles, cozy villages, nice towns such as Ystad, Simrishamn etc. Nearby Österlen offers many nice excursions and activities.

Large house in the center of Lund, nice garden.

Large house within walking distance from the city center, the university and the central station. Buses to Malmö close by. Two large living rooms, up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms. A private lush garden with a bbq and some outdoor games. Next to the garden is a park with a fantastic playground (soccer, basketball). We have a sauna and a cozy fireplace for cold days. This is a perfect house for a family or a couple who wants space. We have lots of games as well.

Treat yourself to rest and relax in a picturesque place . On the property where the guesthouse is located, you will also find a great pond with fish, ducks and frogs. In addition, you will be able to use an indoor pool as well as a hot tub , a gym and a large terrace. There is also a gazebo with a fire pit. The room is close to the sea (2200m) We look forward to your visit!!’
