You'll be in a natural harbor protected by an uninhabited island by houseboat. The houseboat is only rented out as a whole.

Right on the property, you will find a private boat dock from which you can watch wonderful sunsets. For a trip on the water, we rent out SUPs and a large canoe. For cozy BBQ evenings, you will find seating and a large grill in the garden.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Shopping (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.) can also be found around the corner. In the apartment you will find everything you need.
