This 60 m² vacation apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living area with views of the chicken coop, a large cherry tree, and a beautifully blooming lilac bush, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a living room with a traditional tiled stove and a sofa bed for two people, and a bathroom. All rooms are comfortably temperature-controlled via our heat pump-powered underfloor heating. The apartment is located in a fully private, separated section of our house with its own private entrance. ​Storks are our signature feature here: a stork nest located on our property—easily visible from the terrace—allows you to observe a pair of storks year after year. The room design takes you along on the storks' journey south... ​In your 250 m² natural garden, you can count eight hens and a friendly rooster as your direct neighbors. As long as our chickens have been busy, you are welcome to gather one egg per person from the coop every day! Depending on the season, your section of the garden also gifts you apples, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, hazelnuts, elderflowers, and various herbs. ​We are also home to two cats and six sheep, as well as a horse on a nearby field. ​For all the horse lovers among you, we can arrange a visit to our mare or horseback rides on a friend's two horses. Our horse-crazy daughters are also always happy to help out with tips and advice! ​As a family of five, making sure children feel at home is very close to our hearts, so digging around in the garden and swinging in the hammock are warmly welcomed. There is also no shortage of ride-on toys for the long "racetrack" in the garden...

Remise with vision

The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This spacious 230 sqm country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, a main shopping area in West Berlin and around 15 minutes from Potsdam. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden...

Bellagio-Werder vacation home

Our cozy apartment has a living area of approx. 60 sqm and a terrace of approx. 20 sqm. It is furnished for 4 people. The living room is divided into a living, cooking and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a wellness shower and a washing machine. The barbecue area is currently being renovated, but is usable.

Havelglück houseboat - Paradise on the water

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. Right on the Havel, you're surrounded by water birds and water lilies. Relaxing tranquility and a jump from the houseboat directly into the water. On the lower terrace you can eat, chill and read. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and watch sunset. You'll be in a natural harbor protected by an uninhabited island by houseboat. The houseboat is only rented out as a whole.

Cozy apartment in the cowshed - garden/boat dock

Located right on the Havel, our former cowshed offers 3 very different apartments. The garden apartment is privately located and is fully equipped, which is ideal especially for longer stays. Right on the property, you will find a private boat dock from which you can watch wonderful sunsets. For a trip on the water, we rent out SUPs and a large canoe. For cozy BBQ evenings, you will find seating and a large grill in the garden.

Relax in the countryside or 1 night for cycling tourists

Take a break and relax in our extensive garden, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with a gas hot water shower, dry separation toilet and small cooking facility has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Apartment in Paretz with garden, 2 rooms.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

New apartment in Ketzin

The brand new and modern apartment is situated in a very quiet residential area. Havel promenade and beach are still within walking distance. Shopping (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.) can also be found around the corner. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with an (external) 2-plate induction field, oven and refrigerator. On the balcony you can relax in a hanging swing chair.

Little Cottage

Switch off and recharge your batteries: our little cottage is a place where you can be close to nature without missing out on the modern luxuries of a hot shower, a comfortable bed and Wi-Fi access. You will find everything you need for a little break in the countryside on 65 cosy square metres. One hour from busy Berlin, the cottage is located in the centre of a sleepy little village between woods, meadows and water.

Thanks to the excellent Internet access, you can also stay productive in the midst of this idyll.
