Village idyllic and still close to the city and beach..... Supermarkets 2 km away. 1 pizzeria and 1 farm shop on site. The separate bungalow is located on our garden property with private access and of course self-sufficient. 2 spacious rooms with kitchen, shower room, dressing room and large terrace are waiting for you!

Spacious, light-flooded & absolutely quiet architect's house with a large garden about 15 minutes from downtown Lübeck in the old fishing village of Schlutup. For relaxing, feeling good, finding peace or creative work just as suitable as a starting point for Baltic Sea trips (e.g. Travemünde) or trips to Lübeck (UNESCO World Heritage). Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. The front outdoor area with garden and large terrace as well as the rear garden area with another terrace and large green area complete the comfort. All this is just 6 minutes from the beach!

The closest supermarket is within walking distance in 500 meters, to the Baltic Sea in 20 minutes by car. The house is not equipped for the disabled and children.
