Ideally located on the Alsace wine route, in a small cul-de-sac, this cute little house, whose end date of 1500 engraved in the corner of the timber frame can be guessed, is one of the oldest in the village. Always well-maintained, François SCHWEITZER's family home has been renovated several times over the years. A warm, clean and original cocoon for total relaxation 30 minutes from STRASBOURG city center.

60 m2 apartment in owner's house, old mill, independent single-storey entrance. 800 m from the village, riverfront, close to bike path. Separate kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine, garden furniture. Charges included. Tourist tax (€0.66/adult/night) in addition to be paid on arrival to the owner (free for minors). Beds made on arrival. Apartment to be left clean on departure. Two small pets allowed.

Charming house located about 15 miles from Strasbourg, near the Wine Road and numerous medieval villages and castles. From the unique red-granite Cathedral de Strasbourg, to the Maginot Line, the Fort of Mutzig and Molsheim's Bugatti car museum, Europe's turbulent centuries are on display. Please note: 2 bedrooms don't have direct access to a hallway. You have to go through another bedroom. (See last photo of the layout of the house).
