This 100 m2 accommodation consists of 2 large bedrooms equipped with very comfortable 160 cm bedding, and a more intimate bedroom with 140 cm bedding. We welcome you to an independent T2 on the ground floor of our house. The accommodation opens onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture and an unsupervised swimming pool. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) activities and tourist sites (Chocolate Museum, Via-Rhôna, Petit Train de l'Ardèche...). 5 min to the bus station, 12 min to the TER train station, all on foot. Highway exit 3 km away.
