In town, cul-de-sac, quiet. Ideal for 4 adults and 4 children. Large living room and well-shaded terrace communicate through a very large bay window opening three quarters of the way. The interior and exterior then merge, providing a pleasant feeling of vast living space protected from the sun. Outdoor pool, foosball, ping-pong, bocce ball. Downtown, market, port and beaches nearby, 10 minutes by car, many parking lots. At least two parties. Festive evenings in groups are prohibited.

The location of the house is a holiday dream: in absolute calm facing the sea, 2 steps from the beach of Oursinières and the small Provençal port nestled in a green setting, with its seaside restaurants where you can taste local specialties! The 120 m² house, completely renovated with high quality materials, promises elegance, privacy and comfort to travelers: 2 master suites and a family suite for 2 adults & 2 children.
