In town, cul-de-sac, quiet. Ideal for 4 adults and 4 children. Large living room and well-shaded terrace communicate through a very large bay window opening three quarters of the way. The interior and exterior then merge, providing a pleasant feeling of vast living space protected from the sun. Outdoor pool, foosball, ping-pong, bocce ball. Downtown, market, port and beaches nearby, 10 minutes by car, many parking lots. At least two parties. Festive evenings in groups are prohibited.

Renovated fisherman's house on the Saint-Mandrier peninsula, absolute charm facing the open sea just above the Coudoulière beach (pebbles) within walking distance, on the Corniche d'Or. You won't get tired of the view from breakfast until sunset. Quiet neighborhood (parties prohibited) – Coastal trail, snorkeling, diving club, mountain bike trails, boat shuttle to Toulon. Provençal market and all shops within walking distance of the harbor. Porquerolles connection in the summer.

The location of the house is a holiday dream: in absolute calm facing the sea, 2 steps from the beach of Oursinières and the small Provençal port nestled in a green setting, with its seaside restaurants where you can taste local specialties! The 120 m² house, completely renovated with high quality materials, promises elegance, privacy and comfort to travelers: 2 master suites and a family suite for 2 adults & 2 children. Character villa on a 500 m2 wooded plot located at the end of a private driveway with secure electric gate. At the foot of the shops, 200 m from the Port, the JOA Casino and the Parc de la Navale (many concerts and summer evenings). Less than 3 km long and with more than a kilometer of fine white sand, you will find Sablettes Beach: water activities, restaurants, amusement park and fireworks once a week during the summer.
