WATERFRONT APARTMENT, BEATYFULLY LOCATED – CLOSE TO ODENSE CENTER - Free parking and bikes available. Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Smukt kvalitets-sommerhus med knap 100 meter til vandet. Indbyder til afslapning i et roligt sommerhusområde. Nyd de mørke aftener i vildmarksbadet. Flyvesandet og Enebær Odde er naturskønne områder meget tæt på med god mulighed for vandreture. Huset har 6 gode sovepladser 25 minutters kørsel til Odense, Odense Zoo, Odense Street Food, 5 min i bil til nærmeste indkøb. I vinterhalvåret sauna om søndagen. 1,5 time for 65kr. Spørg vært Bookinger foretaget efter 10 maj 2025 er inkl. el.

Moderne strandhus bygget i 2021 kun 25 meter fra vandkanten med herlig panoramaudsigt over Kattegat. Komplet køkken og moderne inventar. Gratis parkering foran huset. Hasmark har børnevenlig strand og ligger 10 min. fra naturskønne Enebærodde. I nærheden findes mange aktiviteter: Legeplads, badeland, minigolf. Dyr og rygning ej tilladt. Fantastisk beliggende hus 90 meter fra vandkanten! Privatunterkunft! Mageløs udsigt og masser af indvendig hygge. Alle moderne faciliteter, med brændeovn og klimaanlæg. 60 m2 fordelt på 2 etager. Øverst en stue med åbent køkken. Nederst et soveværelse med 180x200 seng, og åbent kammer med sovesofa 120x200. Dette er et transitrum. Badeværelse. Trådløst internet, samt TV. Alt i køkkenudstyr og opvaskemaskine. 2 terrasser, Der er en 2-kajak til rådighed. Cykler er også til rådighed.

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Slap af og nyd ferien med den mest fantastiske havudstigt/ solnedgang og nyd den dejlige børnevenlige sandstrand som ligger lige uden for døren. Gode muligheder for at fiske. Der er egen parkering og kun 25 min kørsel til Odense, Odense Zoo og 3 km til nærmeste indkøb. Der findes flere steder i Otterup by hvor man kan lade sin elbil.

Breathtaking beach house [outstanding ocean view]

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.
