BIJTIEN is an independent small cottage with blue shutters, at the edge of the Veluwe, for 2 adults. This tiny-house has a living room with kitchenette, a luxurious shower with toilet on the ground floor. The bedroom is on the floor. Terrace with outdoor shower. Optionally, the hot tub can be booked for 40 euros for max 2 consecutive evenings. Every new guest gets clean water in the hot tub! The Veluwe with many cycling and hiking routes is about 1 km away. Bicycles can be stored in the storage room.

Original and spacious Pipo wagon with a cozy decor and wonderful beds. The Pipo has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and an extra fold-out bed. It has its own bathroom and children's play area. The Pipo has a spacious enclosed garden on the child-friendly but quiet Camping de Zandkuil in Heerde. With an outdoor swimming pool, directly on the heath and forest and within cycling distance of the Heerderstrand. There are five bicycles available. A lovely place.

Design gazebo in the woods

• The Veluwe is the largest push moraine complex in the Netherlands. On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo near the locally famous sand drift. It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is no cooking option, but there is a small oven for you to use. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and is decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.

Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).
