The villa retains its rustic charm with stone walls, arches, terra-cotta floors and fireplaces. The pool offers a panoramic view and spectacular sunsets. It is in a secluded place, so peace and privacy are guaranteed while the medieval town of Montone with its charming piazza and selection of fine restaurants, is only a 15-minute drive. Please be aware that there is a stretch of white road, some of which is rough and requires a car set a bit higher off the ground. A 4x4 is ideal.

Villa Chiara is 210 sqm , almost entirely on one level . There is a spacious living room with a fireplace and adjacent dining room. A small studio, three double bedrooms , one single , and one large single. Three bathrooms and a large kitchen. A den with another fireplace leads up to the second floor where one of the doubles, and the single share a bathroom. Outside is a large covered terrace where you can eat alfresco,facing west, with long views.
