Our house is located in the village center of Kastelbell Tschars in the Untervinschgau in a quiet location, an ideal holiday destination for families with children in every season. The concept is "living in nature" . Special features include two glass fronts with unrestricted views across the valley that can be opened on both sides in the basement. This makes it possible to create a pleasant climate, even with strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.

The property with about 2000 m² of green space around the house is surrounded by orchards. The living areas are oriented on the south side, with large windows very bright and flooded with light.
