An all-round lovingly renovated idyll on the Baltic Sea in a large natural garden. A real dream property - very quiet and yet only 100 meters from the village square in Warnsdorf. Pure country air and sea air around the corner: Five minutes' drive from the beach in Travemünde and the lovely fishing port in Niendorf. 15 minutes to Timmendorfer Strand - a small but fine unique place for nature lovers. Ideal for couples with two (or three small) children. Of course, dogs are also welcome.

Enjoy the moment in the 1-room apartment with full bathroom and separate kitchen on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building, and is located very close to the beach. The seawater salt bath is opposite the apartment and also the promenade with its restaurants and cafes, as well as shopping can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. For walks with your four-legged friend or bike rides, the steep coast along the Broden shore is ideal.

Our beautiful 2-room studio apartment in the Kaiserallee with direct Baltic Sea view offers pure relaxation for 2 guests. Here you can relax on the balcony, watch the hustle and bustle on the Baltic Sea and let the day end comfortably. For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.

Beautiful 2-room apartment, 10-minute walk to the beach

The 2 bedroom apartment is located 10 minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Free parking is available. The couch can be quickly and easily converted into another sleeping option. A washer-dryer and dishwasher will make your stay even more enjoyable. The city tax (Ostseecard) is per night from 01. January - 30 April 2€ May 1st - September 30th €3.50 Oct 01 - Dec 31€ 2 Per person per night. I look forward to your reservation :)

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Das “einfache” Leben üben: Solar-Bauwagen am Meer. In der "Datscha Design Forschungsstätte Warnkenhagen" alias "Uanqui Beach". Herzlich Willkommen! Meine Gäste sprechen z.b: vom "einzigartigen Erlebnis", vom "liebevoll ausgebauten Bauwagen" und dem "tollem Flair" in "großartiger Umgebung". Ich sage: Es gibt kein WLAN! Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
