There are 3 large suites with split air-conditioning, plus 1 optional support apartment, small with a bathroom and split air-conditioning, located in the wing opposite the other rooms of the house. TV room with FIREPLACE, pull-out sofa and air conditioning. The master suite has a closet with closets, ample bathroom.

Centuries-old farm with pool and waterfall

Centennial farm with an unmissable view and a wonderful sunset. It has an infinity pool and a waterfall. It is a historic farm of an old coffee plantation, with resident caretakers for support. Access to the waterfall is via a 10- to 15-minute trail. There's Wi-Fi in both houses. There is no cell phone signal in the two houses, with signal available only in the caretakers' house, about 30 meters from the loft. Ideal for those who want to disconnect from the city and reconnect with nature.
