The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a mini oven, and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea free.

There are good shopping opportunities 5-10 minutes' drive away, with both Meny, Netto, SuperBrugsen, Bilka and many more. In 20 minutes' drive, you can drive to Aarhus city center or to Silkeborg.

There is a hallway, living room and bedroom. In the living room you will find a sofa corner (sofa bed), a dining nook, and a relaxation corner. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with dining nook. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace.

A studio apartment (45 m2) with a kitchenette and private bathroom on the 1st floor of an older house in scenic surroundings. 10 km to Aarhus C, 3 kilometers to E45 and 2.5 kilometers to a supermarket. The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø. A car is an advantage, but there is a bus to the city center at the door as well as a nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There's a carport for a van. Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in a rural setting. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access to the highway E45. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace. It sleeps 4 guests comfortably. We have a sweet, child-friendly, and calm dog, and a gray cat that roams freely on the property. The dog and cat are not allowed in the apartment.
