Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Ampio giardino tutto recintato, con altalena e scivolo. 5 min in macchina dal centro del paese o 15/20 min a piedi attraverso un sentiero di montagna in salita. Ottima base e, punto di partenza per chi vuole esplorare l'intera regione, ideale per escursionisti, sciatori, arrampicatori e amanti della montagna. “La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

PARFUM D'ANTAN si trova al piano inferiore della casa in cui vivono Italo e Laura e i loro figli Sofia e Matteo. Nella ristrutturazione, hanno voluto mantenere le caratteristiche originali . L'alloggio è arredato in stile di montagna con alcuni mobili antichi della tradizione rurale valdostana. E'costituito da due ambienti, un'ampia e luminosa cucina e un'accogliente camera con bagno. Gli spazi hanno pareti rivestite in legno di larice di cui si può apprezzare il calore ed il profumo.

Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura oppure relax e tranquillità. Possibilità di affitto stagionale/mensile per il periodo invernale.
