Entire apartment for exclusive use and equipped in a 1960s rural house! We are in Champdepraz at 520 meters above sea level in the lower valley. An excellent base and starting point for those who want to explore the entire region, ideal for hikers, skiers, climbers, and mountain lovers. In the winter, there is a pellet stove and a gas boiler in the bathroom. Not suitable for children 0\12. Tourist tax included. Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

PARFUM D'ANTAN si trova al piano inferiore della casa in cui vivono Italo e Laura e i loro figli Sofia e Matteo. Nella ristrutturazione, hanno voluto mantenere le caratteristiche originali . L'alloggio è arredato in stile di montagna con alcuni mobili antichi della tradizione rurale valdostana. E'costituito da due ambienti, un'ampia e luminosa cucina e un'accogliente camera con bagno. Gli spazi hanno pareti rivestite in legno di larice di cui si può apprezzare il calore ed il profumo.

Authentic mountain. The house is located near the Mont Avic Natural Park and 3 km from the center of Champorcher. The accommodation is in a detached house, located in a small and quiet hamlet at 1600 meters above sea level; you can therefore enjoy peace, intimacy and a breathtaking view of the mountains. My place is good for couples looking for sports and nature or relaxation and tranquility. Possibility of seasonal/monthly rent for the winter.

Our two-room apartment is in a house with a garden in a quiet and panoramic location. It enjoys an excellent view of Saint Vincent and the central valley. The Saint Vincent thermal baths are about 200 meters away, while the town center is just a 10-minute walk away. Nearby there are also hiking trails surrounded by nature. “La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.
