Double studio with A/C, free parking & car hire

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Very fast WiFi. 5 minutes walking distance from Glenfield hospital. 8 minutes from Leicester City Centre. 15 minutes from King Power Stadium. No full kitchen (no cooker but microwave, toaster, kettle and mini-fridge provided). Property is part of a larger property and is situated on first floor with its own private entrance. No lift.

A cosy private guest suite. Totally separate access. King size bed, Wi-fii, firestick, kettle, plenty of tea and coffee, awesome electric shower, heating. Just a couple of minutes walk from takeaways and cafes and a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The 02 and De Montfort Hall 5 minutes away. Value for money you will not regret staying in! You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed & Freeview TV, and one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.
