Dans un écrin de verdure, petite maison indépendante sur 2200 m2 de jardin, en retrait de la route, au bord d’une forêt, sur le même terrain que les hôtes. Nous vous accueillons dans notre beau paradis de fleurs, notre havre de paix vous attend. Logement de 2 pièces , l'une lavabo et 2 lits très confortables que l'on rapproche pour couple , l'autre salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine avec 2 couchages dont lit gigogne qui fait canapé très confortable. Une douche séparée , un wc séparé.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Charming two-room independent duplex, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard (large courtyard/lounge available). Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor that is not accessible. Cottage located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. Come and enjoy the countryside from this charming little annex located 300 meters from downtown Moret-Loing-et-Orvanne and the Loing Canal. Located in a very nice little garden and totally independent of the accommodation of the retired owner couple, the annex will allow you to enjoy the Fontainebleau region, rich in culture and outdoor activities. If you wish, the owners, who have lived in this area forever, will provide you with valuable advice.
