There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. Accommodation (42 m2) renovated and fully insulated, in a quiet village house with a small adjoining plot. Parking is possible on the land, not enclosed, or along Rue Gueneau, which is not very busy. We cannot accept pets. Access to the listing by two steps and exit to the back on the grounds by two steps as well. Village of 135 inhabitants; shops in Epoisses or Rouvray (8 km)
