The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Djursland is a natural pearl, and if you want to experience Aarhus and Ebeltoft, they are only 25 km away. The area is a paradise for nature lovers and for children and playful souls with, among other things, Mols Bjerge, Djurs Sommerland and Ree Park nearby. Close to forest and beach. There is a terrace and fireplace, so the quiet evenings with stars in the sky can be enjoyed. There are two box mattresses in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie wagon is high up in the sky and overlooks the steppe. The prairie is quiet and is located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three coasts and beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like, there is the option of a sauna and a wilderness bath (to be purchased) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on the premises but otherwise keep a respectful distance. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and wood in the wood-burning stove. You therefore have to hold back a little on consumption - in return, you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

The apartment is located at the east end of a beautiful farmhouse from 1874 with large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.
