Centrally located in Winterton comfortable for a singleton, couple or couple with child with a host of food outlets, pubs and shops conveniently located on your doorstep. Only 25mins from Humberside Airport. This compact self catering annexe is within the grounds of a family home with outside seating available to enjoy. Please note there are resident Cockerpoos on the grounds. We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved small dogs (one per stay only). Secure on-site parking for motorbikes.

It is located with fantastic access links to the Humber Bridge (5 minutes) , Hessle (5 minutes) & Hull (10 minutes). Ideally suited for contractor's & long term. There is parking available at the property with one space behind the house and also abundant free parking adjacent. The property has a front garden, where you can sit back and enjoy watching the local wildlife and boats pass by.

The cottage existed as a shop since the 1800’s and later ‘The Penny Bank’ and has now been modernised. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish two bedroom townhouse. Located in the Dukeries, dining and nightlife quarter, of Hull. Two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and dining room. Plus a funky outdoor space. We have free parking on the street outside (unrestricted, without permits). Two mins walk away from bars and restaurants on the famous Prince’s Avenue and Pearson Park. Five minutes ride from the town centre, station, KC stadium, university.

Within walking distance of the train station and located right in the heart of the Old town. A free parking space a short walk away on high street is included, or on street parking at the front of the building is free between the hours of 6pm and 8.30am ( metered at other times).

And, it is just 2-minutes walk from the start of the Riverside Walkway (see photos).
