For a quick, cheap meal in a friendly but quite noisy place. "Torta al testo" is a special sort of flat bread cooked on a stone (the testo) above fire. It's typical from Umbria, central Italy. it is eaten stuffed with ham, sausage or anything you may want, also vegetarian. I like the place a lot even because I'm half from Umbria and I feel at home when I go there. It's really good and the guys that work there are very nice.

Need a quick lunch and you are really on a budget, on your way to the metro in Porta Genova? With 5€ or so you can get a warm pizza in focaccia style (but don't say it's pizza! it's "testone" from Umbria!) stuffed with your choice of meat, vegetables, cheese, in many combinations. Our favourite for lunch break.
