Everything you need is available. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with lots of privacy. The tranquility and space in this cute cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away!

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
