Independent 2-bedroom house in the middle of nature, 5 minutes from Sarlat with private outdoor space of 300 m², gardens and forest of 7800 m² are also at your disposal. This comfortable accommodation of 65m² fully equipped has a wooden terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue. This fenced-in outdoor area is private. You have access to a 10x4M heated pool (from 5/1 to 9/30). Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €25 to be paid on site.

A beautiful 30 m2 studio totally independent of the neighboring property. With a pool shared with the owner. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.
