Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Guest apartment in the Unterallgäu

Check-in is possible via key safe. Parking right by the house, 15-minute drive to Allgäu Airport. The guest area on the 2nd floor comprises two double bedrooms - a small living room with small dining table and a shower room. NO KITCHEN, but fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishes (dishes do not have to be washed by guests). Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.
