Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

A Cute 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom quaint home. Newly remodeled. With a hot tub on the extended patio you can have a private relaxing time and enjoy your stay. We have plenty of games to play as well as 3 TV's. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We are centrally located to everything Terrell has to offer. We are also near wineries on a wine trail. This is a small property. 6 people limit and no more, as the property can only comfortably accomidate 6 people. 2 Pets Max.
