Our home is a great base camp for your Chattanooga adventures. Located in Downtown Chattanooga close to restaurants, music, the river and UTC. Open and airy floor plan. Newly remodeled with comfy furniture, wi-fi, Roku and smart tvs, and washer/dryer. Large covered porch on main level and private deck space off upstairs bedroom. We have another house directly across the street for larger groups. Sleeps 6-8. Officially certified by the City of Chattanooga as a short term vacation rental.

This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and central Chattanooga activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.
