Separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom with gorgeous views All the apartment was fully renovated in the summer of 2017 and offers A/C. Listed building, period features, high floor with elevator. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. The apartment is located in the port area, close to Old Nice, Place Garibadi and the Promenade des Anglais. Easy to reach, public transportation takes you easily to Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

A simple and romantic space, a real room without frills with a kitchenette and a small terrace overlooking the river: from here you can see a small stone bridge... and the sound of flowing water. The accommodation is a single large vault: the whole house has been restored using natural materials, lime and paints made with flour and linseed oil. Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.
