The summerhouse is located in the Bio-Reservat of Parsteinsee. On 35 sqm you find all animities for a perfect summer holiday! The plot is 657 sqm large and has 2 terraces and a garden shower. The lake of Parstein is in walking distance (5 Minutes). The living room could be converted into a bedroom with a double bed and a high bed for 2 kids. Bathroom (with toilet and rain-shower) and kitchen have been renovated in 2024. In a little guest house (9 sqm) max. 2 guest could sleep (very simple).

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. I offer weekly hikes, herbal workshops and campfire cooking. If you want, you can garden with me barefoot... (it's an experience) ;-D

Seat.For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating.It is located 2min walk from the lake, 3min from the beach,surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakery, shopping facilities or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the doorstep, close to Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

I am pretty and modernly furnished and actually have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

A house in no where. Rest, view and lots of water around. The right house for a weekend or a week in the countryside. For families and couples, the cut is ideal, rather less for groups of friends. Large (55 sqm) studio with three beds, kitchen and fireplace. Huge (4,000 sqm) garden, the Havel and infinite tonal strokes for swimming or fishing in the immediate vicinity.
