Why coyote den? Because they live at the edge of the property! You have nothing to worry about though...they tend to shy away from people. But you may hear them and may see them. Your place is located on top of a hill on 2 1/2 acres. This is an older home in a great location. You are a bike ride distance to all the wineries and walking distance to a few. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.
