This 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as cable TV. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor. The owners live on the ground floor and are always there for you during your stay if you have any questions or requests.

Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Historical, impressive, quiet and spacious accommodation in the village of Mörtschach at 935 m above sea level. Located directly on the Alpe Adria Trail. The building, which is over 100 years old, originally served as a school and is correspondingly spacious.
