Haus Mitterbach is one of the biggest houses in Berchtesgaden (80 residential units) and offers in addition to an indoor swimming pool as well as a bicycle storage room and a laundry room. All day long, you will be pampered with the sun when the weather is nice. Schönau am Königsee can also be easily reached on foot in 4 km. The centre of Berchtesgaden is also a few minutes' walk away. My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people.
