An underground parking space belongs to the apartment, and there are also free parking spaces right in front of the house. Perfectly connected by car: Approximately 4 minutes to the highway to Munich surroundings, a total of about 19 minutes to Munich city center. Also by public transport: The S-Bahn station is about 7 minutes away, mainly through green areas. The S-Bahn runs 17 minutes to Marienplatz/center.

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

The 2 -room apartment is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich, with covered south-facing balcony. Living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and hallway. You can reach the train (S-Bahn) in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It lasts - 10 minutes to eastStation, 20 minutes to Munich MainStation. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.
