Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town. You find in few minutes to foot numerous ✔Cafés ✔Restaurants & ✔Shops. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

A spacious bedroom is featured with a large, plush bed covered in a white quilt. Natural light is allowed in through wide glass doors, complemented by a comfortable lounge chair positioned on a soft grey carpet. A minimalistic cabinet adds to the clean aesthetic.
