Enjoy this modern beautiful Scandinavian style townhouse😊 It is centrally located with 3 mins walk from Islands Brygge Metro Station, 5 mins by metro to City Center. The house is right by the canal in an upscale, safe and cosy neighborhood called Islands Brygge, where enables you to see the water and green park (Amager fælled) just outside of your window. The townhouse is bright and spacious. And it takes merely 25 mins by metro to the Copenhagen airport. 😊 You will love this townhouse. Enjoy!

Cozy city house located in Copenhagens hip area, Vesterbro - walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants, cafees, shops, parks and a five-minut walk from Metro (Enghave plads st) and Train station, Carlsberg. The House has 3 floors. Ground floor with living room, kitchen, dining room and access to a backyard. First floor:master bedroom(180x200), a walk in and a small toilet. The second floor is furnished with two bedrooms ( bed: 140x200), a work room and a small toilet. Shower in the basement

Affordable house, great location

You have possibility of free parking, and you can easily self check-in. This is a budget-friendly house. 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds, one double bed and two folding beds. For transparency, the place is not perfect yet, we want to renovate later. The doors and some switches are old, also the wallpaper (but newly painted). See phos. 5 min drive from the airport, also close to Copenhagen center. You can find a very good pizzeria + bakery across the street. 😊 4 brandnew single beds, never used.

Hyggeligt 2 plans rækkehus i Ørestaden.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Hyggelig 2 plans rækkehus, få hundrede meter fra metro og Royal arena. Huset indeholder 1 soveværelse med dobbeltseng, 1 værelse med en 1 1/2 mands seng og børneværelse med en barneseng (op til 6 år). Derudover er der mulighed opredning med en luftmadras. To badeværelser med brusebad begge steder. Et køkken al rum og en hyggelig stue. Der er terrasse med tilhørende gasgrill og der er gratis internet.

Copenhagen modern townhouse

Modern two floor town house with small garden in a quiet area 15 min from central Copenhagen incl. free parking. The house consists of one master bedroom (double bed) and two childrens rooms (one 120 cm bed and one 90 cm bed incl. an extra matress.) One bathroom and two toilets. Within 5 min walking distance there is direct buss transportation to central Copenhagen, 10 min on bike to the nearest Metro st. and close by the Blue planet, Amager strandpark, Fields and Amager fælled.

An outdoor dining area is covered by a wooden pergola adorned with string lights. A round wooden table surrounded by black chairs is set for dining. Greenery borders the deck, creating a cozy and private atmosphere.

Beautiful & child-friendly townhouse with garden

In a cozy old garden colony area you find our house with lots of sun, ligt and possibilities for being inside, outside and in between. The house is very children/family friendly and there are lots of toys etc. for kids 6-8 years old. - 7 min walk to subway - Small playground about 50 m. from our garden. - Theres a parking lot just next to the house where you can park for free. We have a sweet, clean and childfriendly cat living here, that you need to give food and water :-)

Welcome to our lovely TownHouse. Our 150sqm/1600 sqft house is newly built and placed in Islands Brygge. The house is perfectly located in a quiet area for your city vacation. We are a good stroll along the waterfront or 10 min by bike to both Vesterbro and city center. If arriving by car we have a private parking space.
