The apartment is in bright colors and has been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with three-quarter beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. The apartment is located in a nice property from 1904 in quiet surroundings and close to all desirable shopping opportunities. There is a playground in our cozy courtyard. The bus (5C) to the city or airport stops just around the corner. And the subway and not least the amazing Amager Fælled and Amager Strand are only a beautiful walk from the apartment.

Ideal for families, this location balances quick access to urban attractions with a relaxed coastal atmosphere.
