The main room welcomes us from dawn the rays of the Levant and offers us a view of the turquoise water and the merry ballet of the graciously flying seagulls. The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Beautiful house with pool & jacuzzi located north of Toulouse, with big deck made of exotic wood, dominating a private lake. The house is surrounded with wide wooded garden (2500m2) A secured parking lot (100m2) is accessible for the guest. The access is a private road, common with 3 other houses. It is very quiet with no direct view on Neighbors. Fabrice & Sophie will be happy to share with their little paradise. The Jacuzzi is optional please contact us.

5 minutes from downtown Albi, Episcopal city (UNESCO World Heritage Site). In a very quiet area, small charming house (40 m²), on enclosed wooded land of 900 m². Features a large covered terrace (30 m²), with barbecue, hotplate and large plancha. Direct river access, ideal for fishing. Motorized boat (2.5 hp) available upon request at time of booking. Pets: allowed. In June, July and August, bookings are for a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.
