(soap not provided) cleaning, sheets and towels provided. Dog accepted 10 euros as long as you don't go in the pool (fragile Epdm)

The omnipresent nature invites calm and relaxation. It has a private beach with pontoon and a "Jeu de boules" playground. Many activities: walks and hikes, canoes (included), electrical bikes to rent, fishing, cultural visits, etc. Great attention has been paid to the pleasure, relaxation and aesthetics of the place.

Tastefully restored with noble materials (hemp plaster, oak flooring, etc.), this pretty house was originally a sheepfold, from which it has retained all its charm. Located on a 2 ha property, not overlooked, the house overlooks a shaded clearing, and which gives access to the river and swimming. The terrace faces south.
