Independent studio, on the ground floor of a detached house, with equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction stove), large bathroom (Italian shower), new bedding (April 2024). Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome. I've always lived in the area and I'll be happy to tell you about the tours not to be missed!

In a peaceful environment in the natura 2000 area, in Aveyron, close to the Lot and Tarn-et-Garonne, this accommodation is an ideal base for visiting the major tourist sites of Occitanie. (St Cirq Lapopie, Albi, Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel.) Kitchen furnished, bathroom on each floor, including one in master suite. Our cottage for 4 people is ideal for your vacation in the countryside, located in a hamlet 1.5 km from the village with shops, adjoining the owners' house It has all the comforts (dishwasher, washing machine...), a beautiful terrace with plancha. It has an indoor pool heated all year round 17 km from Rodez, its historic center and the Soulages Museum, the cottage is perfectly located to explore Aveyron and its many typical villages such as Belcastel, Conques.

Charming atypical studio 35 m2 The creative escape

Passionate about creation, yoga and cycling, I suggest you come to rest, create, practice yoga, cycle or visit the area. You will stay in our studio "L'échappée créative". Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.

In the former workshop of a typical Cévennes farmhouse, you will settle into a very nice loft of about 50 m2. The Workshop is a fabulous hodgepodge of objects that will remind you of many things from your childhood. The cottage was renovated in 2022 with local and eco-friendly materials. It is heated by a pellet stove and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A large private terrace will allow you to enjoy the scenery and starry nights.

The gîte de la fontaine is located at the very top of the medieval village of Compeyre and enjoys stunning views of the Tarn Valley. 10 minutes from Millau and 20 minutes from the Tarn Gorges, the location is ideal for a nature holiday: sightseeing tours by car, hiking trails, canoeing, paragliding, swimming etc. Meals can be taken outside on the terrace. Communal parking is 50 m from the accommodation.
