A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

In season, possibility to use the adjacent swimming pool. Parking available. All shops 1.5 km away (Mazamet commune). Hiking trails and mountain bike trails from the house. Off-season: 2 nights minimum booking/July-August: 5 nights minimum.

Private patio and swimming pool! The property is not suitable for children under 10 years as the outside area is unfenced. Please note that we have 2 medium sized dogs which are confined to the garden around the main house.

The studio of "L 'épicerie" (artist and researcher residence) of 30 m2 is located in St Antonin de Lacalm 25 min from Albi, close to Lac de la Bancalié (3 km), Arifat waterfalls and many other pretty places. It's a great place to sit quietly, unwind, write, or go for many walks. Attention: large double bed and an extra bed (and an umbrella bed if needed on request) Possible couple and children
