Hot tub, fast WiFi, swimming river, luxury and charm

Luxury holiday home on a swimming river (Aveyron) with fireplace and covered veranda with beautiful views. Fast WiFi. Floor heating makes the house very pleasant even in winter. Kitchen with American fridge, large oven, dishwasher. Three bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer. Medieval town with Sunday market 7 km away: St. Antonin Noble Val. Cahors, Montauban, Gaillac, Albi, all within 45 minutes to visit. Beautiful starry nights from the hot tub.

At the small olive tree

Nice 20 m2 studio, new condition, adjoining the owner's house with independent entrance, shaded terrace with garden furniture. Located in the center of the village and close to the Tarn River, quiet, 15 km from Albi and 20 km from Cordes, you can enjoy the Aiguelèze leisure center 2 km away with its many activities (restaurants, canoe rental, pedal boats, tennis, golf...). On site, the pool shared with the owners or the massages offered by your host will relax you.

Le Mas 'Bas', Quietly enjoy in all comfort

Take a leap of faith in this unique, restful place to stay without sacrificing any of the comforts of home. Due to its unique location with breathtaking views and deafening silence, you immediately feel completely at one with nature. In addition, there is a 5x12 heated swimming pool (from May to September) with pool house where you can spend the whole day blissfully. The outdoor kitchen is absolutely a must try. In winter, a truffle experience is also possible.

This traditional 35 m2 accommodation has a living room, equipped kitchen, table and chairs, sofa and TV. Cozy cottage with all the comforts in the countryside with pool.

The "Swallows' Refuge" cottage is located in the Tarn and Garonne countryside, it is next to the farmyard animals of the neighborhood. This new studio is very comfortable with a nice private terrace. Bed and bath linens are provided. The end-of-stay cleaning carried out by us is free. A picnic area is set up by the river, with the possibility of fishing. Close to the Aveyron gorges, many tourist sites, hiking trails, canoeing and kayaking

You are looking for calm in an environment close to tourist sites, you will be seduced by this charming renovated farmhouse typical of the area. It sits in the middle of 3 acres of fields on the edge of a fir forest. Inside, a warm atmosphere awaits you with its brick walls, parquet floors and exposed beams, in winter its wood burning stove for an evening by the fire.
