Apartment with covered balcony, 3 minutes from Montauban shopping area, 10 minutes from city center. Bus stop 100 meters away. Secure parking space. Quiet with views of greenery + Pool in summer. It is air-conditioned "from April" with comfortable furniture and soft decorations. Kitchen equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge. Bathroom: walk-in shower, towels included. Bedroom: Large 160 by 200 bed + storage.

Rental for transit or short-term

Apartment located on the first floor of a private house, private access by an external staircase, I live on the ground floor, the ideal would be short-term rentals. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and all cooking utensils. Linens and towels provided. I added a small crib that can accommodate children up to 3 or 4 years old. Breakfast included (coffee, tea, orange juice, yogurts, pastries, butter, jam)

The Gîte de Barenne can accommodate 17 people in a rural setting near a charming village in Tarn-et-Garonne. With 270m2 on 3 levels and 6 bedrooms, this 18th century mansion restored in 2015 can accommodate 4 couples and 10 children for a comfortable and charming holiday. The unheated pool is secured, spa 6 and the games room will be a big plus for young and old. No groups of young people Ask for a rate before booking!

Located not far from the highway, 5 minutes from Golfech and 20 minutes from Agen.
