The cabin is sheltered from the farm and along the Signaldalselven, where there is a 3 km hiking trail starting from the cabin. Northern lights just outside the cabin. short distance to the high mountain for skiing/ice climbing/peak hikes/hunting and Northern Lights experiences. The area the cabin is in is a famous place for Northern Lights tourists and you can take nice pictures of the northern lights with the Otertinden in the background.

The cabin is located in Signaldalen about 110 km from Tromsø city. Located on the signadal river, surrounded of high mountains and mighty nature. A short distance to the high mountain for ski/peak hikes/hikes/hunting and northern lights experiences. There is also a scooter trail during winter time. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.
