Right outside the door you can observe the northern lights in peace. Put on your skis or snowshoes to go straight up the mountain. Enjoy the beach which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. In 15 minutes by car you are in the center of Tromsø with everything a city has to offer. Unique apartment, right at the lake, in a cul-de-sac. High standard, with tiles in the entrance hall, bathroom and laundry room. Parquet everywhere else, living room/kitchen, bedroom and gym. Amazing views. Large apartment of 145 sqm. Rural, but central. Close to airport, shopping mall and city center. Here you can sit in the living room or on the balcony and enjoy the incredible view, and the northern lights. Perfect northern lights conditions since the house is closest to the sea, with no other houses or lights in the way.
