Stunning Skye seafront: calm, cosy, central.

Braidholm is our home on Skye. It's a 19th century building, warm and cosy. Step in from the weather and hunker down in the comfy sofa in front of a log fire. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

A contemporary eco building is nestled among natural grasses, with distant mountains forming a scenic backdrop. The structure features an angled roof and large windows that blend with the landscape, creating a harmonious connection to the surrounding environment.

The Studio is close to The Cuillin mountains, Talisker Distillery, Loch Bracadale. You can walk out from the studio directly into the landscape to the beach, sea cliffs and beautiful birch woods.
